Job Summary
Financial Aid Advisor I provides student financial aid and scholarship information to prospective and current students and families via phone, email, and appointments; conducts FAFSA/TASFA outreach and assists with verification, Satisfactory Academic Progress appeals, and related processes. The role includes presenting at events and workshops, representing the Office of Financial Aid at orientations, and coordinating with Texan Services as needed. Strong interpersonal and customer-service skills, ability to multi-task, and familiarity with federal/state/institutional financial aid policies are required. Some travel to the Fort Worth campus may be required; on-campus duties are performed in Stephenville, TX.
Required Qualifications
