Job Summary
Develop and enhance member relationships by assisting with opening products and services, processing card disputes, and supporting electronic devices. Conduct outbound sales calling and perform other tasks to deepen connections within the Rochelle Financial Center. Process transactions while maintaining a good understanding of Credit Union operations, products, and related legal and regulatory requirements. Work effectively in a fast-paced sales and service environment, utilizing excellent computer and technology skills to multi-task. This role is part of a team dedicated to brightening the financial future of the communities we serve.
