Job Summary
As a Financial Advisor with Thrivent, you'll build a financial practice that guides clients toward financial clarity, providing personal, actionable advice while connecting them to Thrivent's products. You'll develop long-term client relationships, make appointments leveraging your network, and deliver marketing strategies to grow your practice. Ideal candidates are self-disciplined, motivated by helping others, and possess strong interpersonal skills. Previous experience in sales, business management, or other relevant fields will aid in transitioning to this role. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Attainment of FINRA SIE, life and health licenses before contracting
- Satisfactory background check, fingerprinting and securities registration and/or insurance licensing verification
