Job Summary
As an exclusive Financial Advisor of Co-operators, you will manage your own insurance agency, prospect new clients to discuss risk management and financial goals, and develop marketing plans to enhance agency visibility. Responsibilities include cultivating community relationships, recruiting and coaching talent, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. The role requires strong communication and critical thinking skills, with a focus on continuous improvement and exceeding client expectations.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of management experience in the insurance industry or related business experience
- Post-secondary education in a related field
- Life licence
- General Insurance licence
- Mutual Funds licence (asset)
Desired Qualifications
- Completion or working toward CFP, CLU, CHFC or accredited Financial Planning Designation
