Financial Advisor Trainee (Carlsbad, CA)

The Advisory Mastery Program (AMP) trains and supports new advisors to become Financial Advisors. Responsibilities include developing a client pipeline through prospecting, networking, and community involvement; managing full client relationships by evaluating financial needs and investment objectives; recommending suitable investment products and services; leveraging internal resources to identify opportunities; building a book of business aligned with program goals for assets under management and required production; completing mandatory industry licenses within defined timeframes; delivering clear, effective presentations; and providing high levels of client service while maintaining focus on clients’ wealth goals.
