Job Summary
Proactively identify, develop, and maintain strong client relationships within the firm's Legacy book of business through regular contact and providing timely, value-added advice. Recommend strategies for asset management, retirement planning, tax planning, and estate planning while meeting with clients to assess income, expenses, insurance coverage, and financial objectives. Manage the client base with a constant contact strategy, review accounts for life changes, and execute a successful sale process to acquire new clients. Adhere to all compliance and regulatory requirements, utilize company-approved tools, and collaborate with team members on insurance management and other asks.
Required Qualifications
- College, University degree or equivalent
- CSC accreditation
- Must have proven success in building solid client relationships
- IT literacy
Desired Qualifications
- CIM
- CFP Designation and Membership in the Financial Planning Association or other industry groups
- Insurance licensing
- Should have working knowledge of estate planning, power of attorney, wills, family trusts, insurance and tax sufficient to discuss these topics with clients and engage or refer to the appropriate specialists
