Job Summary
As a Thrivent Financial advisor, you will provide expert financial advice to clients, focusing on building long-term relationships and helping them achieve financial clarity. Responsibilities include guiding clients in their financial journeys, connecting them with Thrivent products, and marketing your practice through workshops and networking. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with successful completion of necessary licenses and a satisfactory background check. Ideal candidates should possess strong interpersonal skills, be self-disciplined, and have a genuine passion for helping others.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Attainment of FINRA SIE, life and health licenses before contracting
- Satisfactory background check, fingerprinting and securities registration and/or insurance licensing verification
