Job Summary
Thrivent is seeking a Financial Advisor to build a practice guiding Christians toward financial clarity and well-being. Responsibilities include providing actionable advice, connecting clients to Thrivent products, and maintaining long-term relationships. Candidates should be self-disciplined and motivated to help clients achieve their financial goals. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required, along with necessary licenses before contracting. This role offers unlimited earning potential through commissions and bonuses, as well as comprehensive training and support.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Attainment of FINRA SIE, life and health licenses (licensed role only) before contracting
- Satisfactory background check, fingerprinting and securities registration and/or insurance licensing verification, if applicable

- Natural coach or guide with strong interpersonal skills
