Job Summary
Engage in virtual one-on-one sessions to deliver personalized financial advice and portfolio management guidance to influential participants. Develop deep relationships by conducting needs discovery to uncover opportunities for enhancing financial well-being and fostering long-term loyalty. Create and deliver suitable investment and financial planning strategies based on each participant's goals, risk tolerance, and savings needs. Serve as a subject matter expert on regulatory considerations and exclusive offerings to provide informed, personalized guidance. Collaborate with business partners across Workplace Solutions and Personal Wealth to build strong relationships and create seamless transition experiences. Maintain all required licenses and designations while staying abreast of changes in taxation, regulatory, and legal fields.
Required Qualifications
- Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) designation
- FINRA Series 7 license
- FINRA Series 63 license
- FINRA Series 65/66 license
- Undergraduate degree
- Minimum of three years of financial planning and client relationship management experience
