Job Summary
As a Financial Advisor at Thrivent, you will provide expert financial advice that emphasizes a purpose-based approach. You'll help clients build and protect their financial well-being through investments, insurance, and banking services. Responsibilities include establishing long-term relationships, delivering financial workshops, and marketing your practice to clients. You will control your schedule and income through commission-based earnings. Ideal candidates are self-disciplined, motivated to help others, and have strong interpersonal skills, with a background in sales, education, or military service being advantageous.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Attainment of FINRA SIE, life and health licenses before contracting
- Satisfactory background check, fingerprinting and securities registration and/or insurance licensing verification, if applicable
