Job Summary
The Financial Advisor provides comprehensive financial guidance to Rogue Credit Union members and prospective members, conducting fact-finding discussions to assess financial goals and risk tolerance, and delivering tailored investment and insurance recommendations aligned with each member’s needs. Responsible for building trusted relationships and delivering proactive financial solutions while identifying opportunities to cross-sell credit union products and services. Functions include recruiting, coaching, and developing staff to ensure exceptional member experiences, maintaining regulatory compliance, and contributing to the credit union’s strategic goals through leadership and community involvement.
Required Qualifications
- Two-year college degree or equivalent licensing/certification or vendor training
- Series 7 license
- Series 66 license
- Life and health insurance license
- Ability to pass drug screening per policy
