Job Summary
Provide investment solutions and financial planning guidance to meet customer goals based on their current standing and long-term objectives. Identify and follow up on opportunities to establish relationships through prospecting, lead utilization, and community involvement. Build and maintain a strong client network while conducting investment performance reviews and demonstrating expert-level portfolio planning skills. Keep junior staff informed about products and adhere to compliance requirements and corporate protocols. Requires Series 7, 63, 65, or 66 licenses; total compensation ranges from $43,888 to $150,000+. Located in Little Rock, Arkansas.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Six (6) months of related experience
- Series 7
- Series 63 & 65 or Series 66
- Life Insurance License must be obtained within 60 days from employment start date

- Previous branch based Financial Advisor experience
- Broad range of investment solutions and products knowledge
