Job Summary
Consult on investment and insurance strategies, develop personalized financial plans, and grow a client book of business while maintaining high service levels. Own the client experience by efficiently handling sales, executing opportunities, and making referrals to internal partners. Establish individual financial plans based on client needs, monitor progress, and recommend changes as necessary. Actively coach branch staff and internal business partners to identify investment opportunities and drive visibility. Lead the branch team on actions to achieve investment results and communicate regularly with partners to build strong relationships that drive referral activity. Adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines. This role requires FINRA Series 7, 66, and Life/Health Insurance licenses.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of relevant professional experience
- University / college degree
- FINRA Series 7 and 66 (or 63,65) license
- Life and Health Insurance license
- Appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities for a role
- University / college degree (alternative to experience)
- Comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service)
