Job Summary
Consult on investment and insurance strategies, develop personalized financial plans, and grow the client book of business. Own the client experience by efficiently handling sales, identifying opportunities, and making referrals to internal partners. Acquire and maintain relationships through business development, while applying product knowledge to solve client problems and determine the best supporting products. Establish individual financial plans based on client needs, monitor progress, and recommend changes as necessary. Actively coach branch staff and internal partners on investment education and visibility, leading the team on actions to achieve investment results. Maintain regular communication with branch managers and partners to review business results, pipeline management, and service level agreements on lead follow-up. Adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines while managing risk within the Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
Required Qualifications
- FINRA Series 7 and 66 (or 63,65) required
- Life and Health Insurance required
- university / college degree
- 2+ years of relevant professional experience
- comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) in lieu of a degree
