Job Summary
Consults on investment and insurance strategies, and develops financial plans for clients. Grows and retains an investment and insurance book of business. Owns the client experience, handling sales and service, identifying opportunities and making referrals to internal partners. Builds and maintains client relationships through business development and networking. Coaches branch staff to identify investment opportunities and drives referral activity. Partners with branch manager and investment sales associate to lead the branch team toward investment results. Adheres to applicable laws, regulations, policies and guidelines. Strong emphasis on customer focus, risk management, and interpersonal communication; requires a university/college degree and 2+ years of relevant professional experience; FINRA licenses and Life/Health Insurance certifications are required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- FINRA Series 7 and 66 (or 63,65) required
- Life and Health Insurance required
