Grow your client base by making new connections, maintaining a strong referral network, and delivering a great client experience. Build personalized, holistic financial plans tailored to every client's unique needs covering asset protection, education funding, and retirement solutions. Manage client financial plans to help them achieve their goals while growing relationships to support them through every stage of life. This role offers uncapped earning potential through a performance-based compensation structure with average annual earnings ranging from $61K to $119K for representatives in the first three years. You must obtain Life/Accident & Health, SIE, Series 6, 7, and 63 licenses, with tuition reimbursement available after three years of service. As an independent contractor, you shape your workday around your long-term vision to build a financial planning practice.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
