As an independent contractor, you earn uncapped, performance-based revenue ranging from $61K to $250K annually, supported by renewal income, bonuses, and a fully funded retirement package. This role offers entrepreneurial flexibility to shape your practice, whether opening an office or joining a team, within Northwestern Mutual's award-winning training framework.
