Job Summary
As a Thrivent Financial advisor, you will build a financial practice guiding clients on their journeys to financial clarity and empower them through purpose-based advice. Responsibilities include providing actionable financial advice, developing long-term client relationships, making client appointments through networking, and marketing your practice by delivering financial workshops. You will need strong interpersonal skills and a motivation for helping others. The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with the attainment of relevant licenses prior to contracting. The position offers unlimited earning potential through commissions and various benefits typical of a Fortune 500 organization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Attainment of FINRA SIE, life and health licenses before contracting
- Satisfactory background check, fingerprinting and securities registration and/or insurance licensing verification
