Job Summary
Partner with an established advisor to service, retain, and grow an existing book of business in Moosic, PA. Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication, thoughtful planning, and consistent follow-through. Support client meetings, financial planning discussions, investment strategy conversations, and ongoing relationship management. Assist with transition planning to ensure continuity of client service and a seamless experience for clients over time. Identify opportunities to deepen client relationships and support additional planning, investment, and wealth management needs. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requests, operational needs, and practice priorities are handled efficiently and professionally.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Financial Advisor or in a similar client-facing financial services role
- Active FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 licenses, or Series 63 and Series 65 licenses
- Demonstrated experience managing or supporting a book of business
- Strong background in retirement planning, wealth management, financial planning, or estate planning
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to earn client trust and strengthen long-term relationships
- Strong knowledge of investment products, financial planning tools, and portfolio management concepts
- High ethical standards, sound judgment, and a fiduciary mindset
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client meeting skills
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and highly organized, with strong attention to detail
- Proficiency with Salesforce and financial planning software
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
- Must be able to sit at a workstation and view a computer screen for extended periods
- The role may require work during periods of increased activity, particularly when meeting client needs or business deadlines
