Job Summary
Financial Advisor (FA) program in Hartford, CT: a three-year program with a forgivable draw, focused on providing financial planning guidance and selling investment management solutions. The FA will review clients’ financial goals, conduct a needs analysis, introduce clients to the centralized servicing team, and execute goals-based investment recommendations to grow wallet share. Responsibilities include delivering legend‐ary service at every interaction, onboarding new clients with comprehensive discovery and planning, driving lead generation and referrals, conducting Annual Client Reviews with enhanced wealth-planning agendas, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and firm policies. The role requires partnership across Wealth team members, coaching and mentoring colleagues, achieving quarterly and annual sales goals, and traveling within the assigned market. Licensing requirements include SIE, Series 7, Series 63 (and Series 66 or equivalent) with the ability to obtain within the Licensing Schedule. A bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred, and 2+ years of advising, planning and investment sales experience is expected. The position emphasizes wealth-management products and services, client relationships, and a high standard of customer service within a FINRA/Regulatory framework.
Required Qualifications

- SIE, Series 7, Series 63 required
- L&H and Series 66 (or equivalent) or ability to obtain all within licensing schedule
- Ability to travel within assigned market to meet prospects, clients and partners five days a week
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Consultative sales experience required
- Demonstrated ability to establish relationships and partner effectively with other departments
- Domestic travel – Continuous
