Job Summary
As a Financial Advisor with Thrivent, you will provide expert financial advice, helping clients on their journey to financial clarity through personal, actionable advice and building genuine, long-term relationships. Responsibilities include guiding clients in financial well-being using Thrivent products and programs, marketing your practice, and attending client appointments. The position demands strong interpersonal skills, self-discipline, and a genuine passion for helping others succeed. Candidates are expected to possess a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and obtain necessary licenses for the role.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Attainment of FINRA SIE, life and health licenses before contracting
- Satisfactory background check, fingerprinting and securities registration and/or insurance licensing verification
