Job Summary
As a Thrivent Financial advisor, you will provide personal, actionable advice to clients and build a financial practice focused on empowering lives of service and faith. Responsibilities include developing long-term client relationships, making client appointments, and marketing your practice. Candidates should be self-disciplined, motivated by helping others, and possess strong interpersonal skills. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required, and candidates must attain necessary FINRA licenses and pass background checks.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Attainment of FINRA SIE, life and health licenses (licensed role only)
- Satisfactory background check, fingerprinting and securities registration and/or insurance licensing verification if applicable
