Job Summary
Coordinate sales appointments, make presentations, and complete necessary paperwork for securities, annuities, and life insurance sales. Initiate cancellations and withdrawals, process security transactions, and maintain proper documentation and compliance files. Maintain relationships with branch personnel, lead training, and develop annual sales plans to meet activity goals. Collaborate with clients to review financial goals and provide investment guidance. Respond timely to client requests and participate in community activities to promote the bank's image.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent (GED)
- A minimum of three (3) years of securities sales, annuity sales or related experience
- Valid driver's license
- Series 7, Series 63 and 65 or Series 66 licenses as well as an applicable state insurance license
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or a related banking field
- Willingness to seek and obtain professional designations including but not limited to CFP, CFA, CIMA, AIF, CRC, or CWS
