Job Summary
Proactively develops a client base to which wealth management products can be sold, analyzes customers’ financial needs, advises on investments and insurance products to meet goals, ensures regulatory compliance, and expands client relationships through cross-selling and referrals. Maintains licenses/registrations, stays current on product knowledge, delivers superior service, and participates in community networks to source new business. Must demonstrate strong sales, marketing, and business development skills in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Education: College degree preferred
- Appropriate State(s) Life & Health Insurance License(s)
- FINRA Series 7, Series 63 and 65 (or 66) required at time of hire or within 90 days
- 2+ years of experience in financial product sales, service, and advising
- Fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese)
