Job Summary
Financial Advisor role focused on delivering wealth management guidance and banking solutions. The candidate will provide financial and investment planning and advice in collaboration with team members, determine client needs, and present solutions through the sale of managed products and services (mutual funds, ETF wrap accounts, insurance, annuities, retirement plans). The position supports sales targets for asset growth, builds business development through activities like outbound calls and client seminars, cultivates referrals, maintains relationship management plans, and collaborates with the client relationship team to apply a consultative sales process. Strong knowledge of banking products, investments, and regulatory/compliance requirements, plus ability to develop tailored messaging and dashboards to track performance. Experience with data analysis, reporting, and collaboration across internal/external stakeholders is required. Skills in communication, problem-solving, and teamwork are emphasized, along with the ability to deliver timely, accurate service and support for client needs and strategic initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- FINRA Series 6, 63 & 65 Licenses OR FINRA Series 7 & 66 licenses
- Life and Health Insurance Producer’s License
- Completed LTC Continuing Education Requirements
- Typically 4-6 years of relevant experience
- Post-secondary degree in related field of study or equivalent experience
