Job Summary
Financial Advisor drives wealth sales and planning solutions by advising clients on investments and managed products (mutual funds, ETF wrap accounts, insurance, annuities, retirement plans) in collaboration with the lead relationship manager. The role supports sales targets for asset growth, engages in business development activities (outbound calling, seminars), builds referrals across personal and commercial banking, and delivers comprehensive financial plans while upholding risk/compliance guidelines. The incumbent partners with internal stakeholders, prepares regular/ad-hoc reports and dashboards, and mentors others on product knowledge and sales techniques as part of a consultative client service approach to optimize the client experience.
Required Qualifications
- FINRA Series 6, 63 & 65 Licenses OR FINRA Series 7 & 66 licenses
- Life and Health Insurance Producer’s License
- Completed LTC Continuing Education Requirements
- post-secondary degree in related field or equivalent experience
- Strong knowledge of financial industry
- Experience with managed products and fee-based advice
