Job Summary
As a Financial Advisor, you will provide expert financial advice, helping clients achieve financial clarity and build trusting, long-term relationships. You will guide clients in utilizing Thrivent’s products and programs while maintaining a flexible schedule that promotes work-life balance. Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, and must attain necessary licenses and pass background checks. Successful advisors are motivated by helping others, possess strong interpersonal skills, and ideally come from various career backgrounds such as sales, education, or military.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Attainment of FINRA SIE, life and health licenses before contracting
- Satisfactory background check, fingerprinting and securities registration and/or insurance licensing verification
