Job Summary
As a Thrivent Financial advisor, you will build a financial practice guiding clients on their journeys to financial clarity while empowering acts of service and faith. Key responsibilities include providing personalized, actionable advice, developing long-term client relationships based on trust, and delivering financial workshops. Ideal candidates will have strong interpersonal skills, be self-disciplined and motivated to help others succeed. Training and support for obtaining necessary licenses are provided.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Attainment of FINRA SIE, life and health licenses before contracting.
- Satisfactory background check and licensing verification, if applicable.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in outside sales, business management, education, ministry, hospitality, or military background is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build long-term relationships.
