Job Summary
The Financial Advisor Associate (FAA) works with TD Wealth prospects and clients to attract and retain clients by addressing wealth management advisory needs. The FAA will meet with prospects and clients to analyze financial information (income, cash flow, assets and liabilities), understand short and long-term goals, educate and advise on investment and insurance strategies and products, and recommend tailored wealth solutions. The role involves building and maintaining client relationships, educating prospects and clients, achieving quarterly and annual sales/referral objectives, and coordinating onboarding and ongoing reviews. Proficiency with Salesforce, Money Guide Pro, and other software is expected, along with regulatory compliance and ongoing professional development. Travel within the assigned market is required; the position supports a fiduciary advisory role focused on client-centered wealth management and collaboration with Retail/Small Business staff and other departments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
- SIE & Series 7 required
- Series 66 (or equivalent) or the ability to obtain all within the Licensing and Registration Schedule
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Sales and relationship management experience in financial services
