Job Summary
Support a two-advisor team by coordinating new client onboarding, maintaining accurate financial documentation, and enabling proactive client service throughout the lifecycle. Responsibilities include onboarding and account setup, asset transfers, CRM data entry, organizing planning files, ensuring retention standards, coordinating with brokers/dealers and external vendors, client communication to understand needs, processing transactions (deposits, withdrawals, RMDs, and other service items), preparing client review materials, scheduling and logistics for reviews, assisting in development of financial plans, and ensuring compliance with Wealth Enhancement Group guidelines. Skills in client relationship management, financial planning tools (Morningstar, Kettley), experience with CRM systems (Salesforce/Salesforce-like platforms), and pursuing FINRA licensing as applicable are emphasized; on-site role based in Plymouth, MN.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in finance or related field
