Job Summary
Financial Advisor Assistant responsible for first-point client interactions, managing administrative duties, CRM data maintenance, and coordinating across multiple tasks to ensure accurate, timely client service. You will greet clients in person/phone/email/video, handle client paperwork and account transactions, follow up on pending business, maintain CRM data, support financial advisors with meetings and communications, and contribute to marketing initiatives and office operations. Ideal candidate has a High School Diploma or GED (Bachelor’s degree preferred), 2+ years in administrative/client-service roles, strong Microsoft Office and CRM skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a client-first mindset. Required Qualifications
