Job Summary
Administrative and client-support professional supporting financial advisors in a high-touch wealth-management environment. Responsibilities include greeting clients in person, on the phone, and by email; initiating and tracking client paperwork and account transactions (new and existing accounts, transfers, contributions, payments); completing industry-specific administrative tasks within filing timelines; maintaining accurate CRM and client data; addressing client inquiries promptly; providing pre- and post-meeting support for financial advisors; researching and solving problems; managing calendars and communications; and building strong working relationships with advisors, team members, and vendors. The role requires a proactive, organized, client-first approach, with the ability to handle multiple priorities independently and maintain confidentiality in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field preferred
- 1+ years of experience in an office environment performing similar work required
- Strong technology skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and CRM required
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized and adaptable, with the ability to multitask and shift between responsibilities throughout the day
- Strong customer service mindset with a client-first approach
