Job Summary
Registered Account Executive drives business development by proactively contacting leads, converting new prospects, and locating opportunities within existing client bases. Responsibilities include cultivating assets and new accounts, delivering exceptional service via telephone, chat, and email, and responding to inquiries with timely follow-ups to build long-lasting client relationships. Requires active FINRA Series 7 and 63 (Series 24 preferred but not required), 1-4 years in a financial advisory capacity, a Bachelor's degree, and strong Salesforce/MS Office skills. The role combines base salary with sales incentive compensation and emphasizes independent work within a collaborative team, with a focus on understanding financial services products and effective client communication.
Required Qualifications
- Active FINRA Series 7 and 63
- 1 - 4 years of experience in a Financial Advisor or Wealth Advisor (or similar) capacity
- Series 24 preferred but not required
- Bachelor's degree
- Extensive computer skills including Salesforce, MS Outlook, Word, & Excel
- Ability to act as a self-starter and support team members in a collaborative environment
