Financial Administrator: Private and Export Markets

Manage client accounts, ERP processing, and tender submissions for private, export, and medical scheme operations. Generate detailed quotes from prescriptions within three days, verify orders, and process payments on the ERP system. Conduct ongoing follow-ups on outstanding quotes, provide order progress updates to clients and therapists, and resolve queries effectively. Manage client debit and credit age analysis, update daily notes on the shared debtors file, and maintain a centralised master costing and pricing schedule. Compile and submit cashflow breakdowns incorporating work-in-progress and pipeline orders. Collate supporting documentation for local and export tender RFQs, coordinate submissions, and liaise with internal design and production teams. Maintain orderly client documentation to ensure compliance with Quality Management System standards. Work directly with the Finance Manager as part of the support team.
