Financial Administrative Assistant to support accounting and administrative operations, including AR/AP, payroll support, QuickBooks data entry, and general office duties. Responsibilities include invoicing and payment tracking, entering vendor invoices and preparing payments, reviewing timecards and maintaining employee records for payroll, data entry in QuickBooks, organizing financial and project files, assisting with billing and collections, providing data-entry support to the accounting team, answering phones, and handling general office tasks while maintaining accurate records.

Required Qualifications

  • Basic experience with Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, or bookkeeping
  • Experience with QuickBooks preferred
  • Basic Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Professional communication skills
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
