Job Summary
Financial Accounting Support in Warsaw will book supplier invoices, validate PR/PO details, assist in correcting requisitions and postings, prepare and execute payment runs in SAP, monitor payment statuses and GR/IR differences, provide reports for audits, and collaborate with Procurement, Finance, Treasury, and stakeholders. Daily use of SAP and Coupa and participation in continuous process improvements in the source-to-pay area are expected.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and Accounts Payable processes
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time-management skills
- Good communication skills and willingness to work with various internal departments
- English: good working proficiency
- Experience with SAP and/or Coupa is an advantage
