Job Summary
Consolidate monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial statements under US GAAP while bridging FP&A and Accounting to explain variances. Manage daily cash positioning, short-term liquidity forecasting, and debt obligations including Borrowing Base Certificates and covenant tracking. Lead Capital Expenditure analysis for initiatives over $500K, develop integrated financial models, and design automated dashboards using Power BI or Tableau to track KPIs. Present actionable insights to senior leadership and serve as the primary contact for external auditors during review cycles. Requires 5–7 years of blended Accounting and Finance experience with advanced Excel and ERP modeling skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5–7 years of progressive experience in a blended Accounting and Finance role
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (modeling)
- Experience with ERP systems (Oracle, OneStream, or SAP)
- Strong command of US GAAP and technical accounting principles
- Experience with Data Visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) and automated reporting
- Ability to find the 'story' behind the numbers
- Comfortable presenting complex financial data to non-finance stakeholders
- A self-starter who can manage multiple deadlines across Treasury, Accounting, and FP&A cycles
Desired Qualifications
- Manufacturing or Consumer Goods experience
- CPA or CMA certification
