Job Summary
Finance & Operations Associate role blending accounting, operations, and supply chain: responsible for day-to-day financial operations, purchasing, inventory, and cross-functional logistics/admin support. Key duties include coding/reconciling invoices and receipts in QuickBooks, processing expense reports, supporting monthly/annual close, creating purchase orders, sourcing vendors via ERP, inventory planning and physical counts, coordinating international shipments, logistics backups, and helping maintain the employee handbook and internal operations. On-site in San Diego; exposure to elite racing events; growth opportunities and ownership over work.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or related field
- 3-7 years of professional experience that includes real accounting, financial analysis, and/or bookkeeping work
- 2+ years of general operational work across multiple departments
- Strong QuickBooks skills (or similar software), Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency required
- ERP experience a plus (SAP, Dynamics 365, or similar)
