Job Summary
Maintain accounting principles and procedures for the company; manage General Ledger, AP/AR ledger control reconciliations, and financial reporting with year-end audit preparation. Perform balance sheet reconciliations, P&L/variance analyses, intercompany postings, monthly forecasting with variance analysis, multi-currency bank reconciliations, Intrastat/EC Sales returns, and oversee annual internal retail audits. Provide training to staff, support statutory reporting deadlines, contribute to new procedures and workflow improvements, and respond to inquiries fromFinance leadership. Knowledge of fashion/footwear industry is desirable; requires proficiency in MS Office and Oracle Cloud (ERP experience preferred). Fluency in English, Hungarian and either Slovak or Serbian required; ability to collaborate with senior management and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Accounting
- 3+ years working experience
- MS Office
- Oracle Cloud
- SAP or other ERP experience
- English
