Financial Accountant

Manage and issue VAT invoices to customers while checking the validity and legitimacy of invoices and purchase documents. Control receivables data by comparing details, summarizing amounts, and ensuring accurate recording of debt deadlines. Prepare monthly VAT and WHT tax declarations, bank and petty cash reconciliations, and internal revenue/expenditure reports on a weekly, monthly, or quarterly basis. Ensure all invoices have supporting documentation attached before approval, collect and store accounting vouchers in scientific order, and prepare overseas payment documents. Assist in developing budgets and support statutory, tax, and internal audit processes. Requires a university graduate in Finance/Accounting with at least three years of experience and mastery of accounting standards and tax laws.
