Job Summary
Prepare end of month financial reporting packs, journals, and reconciliations while maintaining the general ledger. Process monthly payroll and reconciliation, manage accounts receivable including client progress claims, and assist with end of year financial audits. This role reports to the APAC Head of Finance within the Kuala Lumpur office, supporting regional finance activities across Asia. You will apply MFRS and SST knowledge to prepare end of month financials for our growing Malaysian market entry.
Required Qualifications
- Holding an Accounting certification or degree
- Minimum of 5-7 years' experience in a similar role preparing end of month financials
- Good knowledge of MFRS
- Good knowledge of SST
- Good knowledge of ERP system
- Highly numerate
- Proven time management skills
- Excellent customer service standards
- Ability to deal professionally, confidently and effectively with internal staff and external contacts and advisers across international borders
