Maintain General Ledger dictionaries and verify balance sheet and income statement account accuracy for Heywood, HMG, and Realty. Record revenue and expenses in the proper month, analyze variances, and reconcile the operating cash account between the bank and Patient Accounts. Delegate duties, review Accounts Payable and general accounting tasks, and train employees on routine and unique job-related issues. Coordinate financial audits, assist in budget preparation, and act as a departmental liaison for internal and external customers. Provide coverage for the Payroll Coordinator and Accounts Payable Clerk as needed. This role requires a BS or BA in Accounting with emphasis on General Ledger and Accounts Payable. The position offers a salary range of $52,100 - $74,570, 40-hour days, and a hybrid schedule at Heywood Healthcare.
