Job Summary
Conduct client accounts independently by preparing financial statements, filing ICLNAT returns, reviewing tax returns, and managing budgets and cash flow. Maintain compliance files, monitor transactions, and handle debtor collection while collaborating with legal colleagues on client dossiers. Independently maintain contacts with external advisors and report complicated issues to management. Requires BA in Financial Management, three years of administrative experience, and proficiency in Millogic. Full pre-employment screening and mandatory annual training are required. Located in Amsterdam with a full-time schedule.
Required Qualifications
- BA in Financial Management, e.g. Accountancy or Business Economics
- More than 3 years of experience in administrative work, preferably within the Trust sector
- Good knowledge of Millogic
- Good verbal and writing skills in English
- Good communicative skills
- Concise and clear writing skills
- Good organizational/prioritisation capability
