Job Summary
Lead the Group ERP & P2P strategy and selection initiative, assessing the current landscape across Betclic, Tipico, and Admiral to ensure alignment with future operating models. Coordinate advisory activities, workshops, and deliverables while monitoring timelines, risks, dependencies, budgets, and quality. Act as the primary counterpart to the ERP editor and implementation partner, managing the full implementation program across Finance, Procurement, Technology, and Operations. Drive change management, lead data migration strategy, and facilitate decision-making for executive leadership and steering committees. Manage multiple workstreams to minimize customizations and promote fit-to-standard approaches.
Required Qualifications
- 8 to 10+ years of experience in Finance Transformation, ERP implementation, consulting, post-merger integration, or large-scale transformation programmes
- Successfully led complex ERP implementation projects from strategy through delivery
- Strong knowledge of Finance operating model transformation, Finance processes, and process harmonization
- Excellent project and programme management capabilities, with experience coordinating multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously
- Strong financial acumen and a genuine interest in Finance systems and financial data ecosystems
- Comfortable working with senior executives and managing relationships across Finance, IT, Procurement, Data, and external partners
- Excellent communicator with strong facilitation, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills
- Thrive in fast-paced, international, and evolving environments where collaboration and adaptability are essential
- Fluent in English
- Available immediately in Sliema, Malta
- Position open for remote work France or Malta, with on-site presence in the Bordeaux office or Sliema office at least 4 days per month
