Job Summary
Coordinate the overall Finance Transformation roadmap and delivery plan, maintaining the integrated program plan across all workstreams. Ensure milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and critical paths are clearly identified and tracked while organizing governance forums, steering committees, and program reviews. Develop program dashboards and reporting packs to monitor progress against objectives, timelines, and budget, producing executive-level reporting for senior leadership. Maintain the program RAID log to proactively identify risks and coordinate mitigation plans with workstream leaders. Facilitate collaboration between Finance, Technology, HR, Legal, and business stakeholders across multiple countries. This role supports a €3bn revenue business operating across multiple jurisdictions within Banijay Gaming.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in PMO, project management, transformation programs, or consulting
- previous exposure to large-scale transformation or organizational change initiatives
- strong finance acumen and understand finance operating models
- excellent project coordination, planning, and stakeholder management skills
- advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- excellent written and verbal communication and presentation abilities
- fluent in English
- Position open for remote work France or Malta, with on-site presence in the Bordeaux office or Sliema office at least 4 days per month (accommodation and transportation covered)
