Job Summary
Finance Transformation Manager leading the orchestration of Ipsen’s Finance department transformation within the EVOLVE 2030 program. Responsible for designing and delivering the global Finance transformation roadmap, supporting end-to-end project management activities, driving BI, Digital & AI initiatives, FP&A/performance management improvements, SSC process harmonization, and cross-functional finance initiatives. The role involves fostering Finance community engagement, planning and delivering key Finance events and training, representing Finance in committees, and leading/advising on ad hoc transformation projects in a pharmaceutical corporate setting. Strong communication, execution, adaptability, stakeholder management, and analytical skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 6 years of relevant work experience in consulting or corporate environment
- Strong financial experience in transformative environments
- Proven ability to scope, develop, and manage projects (PMO)
- Experience in integrating complex and cross-corporate processes
- Experience in stakeholder management
- Fluent in English; French language skills beneficial
