Job Summary
Drive business process analysis, requirements definition, and cost/cycle time remediation to transform client finance and operations functions. Lead engagement management by scheduling projects, reviewing financials, and coaching staff while managing business development activities like proposals and thought leadership. Perform accurate analysis to design effective solutions for client issues, ensuring compliance with business needs and achieving targeted billing hours. Collaborate with partners to resolve client problems and maintain strong relationships across all organizational levels.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum 5 years of work-related experience in a consulting role serving cross-industry clients at a national level, or relative Finance function role(s) within industry
- Industry recognized professional certification
- Strong analytical skills and ability to perform quantitative analysis and develop business cases
- Process analysis, Reporting & Business Intelligence, Data Analysis & Reconciliation
- Working knowledge of Close-the-books, Chart-of-Accounts, Treasury, Financial Planning and Analysis & Financial Benchmarking
- Strong interpersonal, facilitation and presentation skills
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Can travel as needed. Expected travel is up to 30%
