Job Summary
Finance Transformation Manager responsible for leading finance-process optimization engagements, conducting business process analysis, defining requirements to remediate gaps, performing cost and cycle time analyses, and driving change management to ensure client success. Collaborates with the Transformation Practice to design and implement sustainable finance/operational models, supports engagement management including performance reviews, task delegation, project scheduling, and client management; contributes to business development, prepares proposals and thought leadership, and travels up to 30% as needed. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, 5+ years of consulting experience, and an industry-recognized professional certification; strong analytical, quantitative, and communication skills; ability to manage staff, develop solutions, and meet billing targets.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum 5 years of work-related experience in a consulting role serving cross-industry clients at a national level, or relative Finance function role(s) within industry
- Industry recognized professional certification required
- Travel up to 30%
