Job Summary

Lead the end-to-end design and delivery of Finance Transformation engagements across P2P, O2C, and R2R, including SSC transitions, finance target operating model design, process optimization, FP&A and performance reporting transformation, automation enablement (RPA, process mining, AI readiness), and post-acquisition finance integration. Manage client relationships with senior finance stakeholders (CFOs, Finance Directors, Heads of Shared Services), facilitate workshops to identify risks and inefficiencies, produce current-state documentation (process flows, RACI matrices, gap analyses), design future-state recommendations, and develop practical, implementable roadmaps. Mentor consultants, contribute to business development, and prepare clear, commercially credible deliverables (findings reports, proposals). Preferred experience with ERP platforms (SAP/Oracle), process automation tools, and FP&A processes; ACA/CIMA or equivalent qualifications are advantageous but not required. The role operates in a hybrid model with two days in the office or client site, with travel as needed across the UK.

  • Demonstrable experience in Finance Transformation, Finance Change, or a closely related consulting or in-house environment
