Finance Transformation Consultant

Job Summary
Lead or support Finance strategy development, operating model design, process and system design, and transformation planning for public and private sector organisations. Manage Finance system developments and implementations, including vendor and Systems Integrator oversight, while optimising Finance processes with digital capabilities and AI technologies. Provide client-side advisory support across the full transformation lifecycle, from initial strategy through delivery to benefits realisation. Support change management, employee engagement, and training initiatives. Hybrid working requires being in the office or on client site a minimum of 2 days per week, with assignments potentially requiring up to 5 days per week on-site.
Required Qualifications
- Qualified or part qualified accountant
- Significant experience of working in Finance functions in line management, project delivery or change supporting roles
- Experience in Finance transformation programmes or Finance performance improvement projects
- Knowledge of Finance platforms (Oracle, SAP, MS D365 or similar)
- Experience in Finance process and systems design, data migration, and reporting strategy
- Experience of operating in public and private sectors
- At least 5 years of continuous residency in the UK
- British citizenship or UK residency for the past 5 years
